States that allow Direct Access Testing (DAT) are an exception to this regulation as it allows customers to be tested without a prescription. Some restrictions apply in California, Maryland and New York. For more information you can contact Kirkman® and speak with a customer service representative.
How are samples sent back to the lab for testing?
Each testing kit will contain a return label for samples that are returned within the U.S. Customers may choose to purchase an alternate form of shipping at their own expense. It is important to note that tests should be sent back as soon as possible and kept in normal shipping conditions.
