EveryDay™ Multivitamin is a comprehensive, broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement formulated for everyday use to support proper body functioning. Vitamins A and D are not included in this formulation; therefore, it is appropriate for those that get these nutrients from other sources, such as cod liver oil. Calcium and magnesium are included for those on dairy-free or special diets. It also contains vitamin B6 in two different forms — pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal5-phosphate (P-5-P). No colors or flavors have been added.†
